Klar Partners and Nimlas Group-backed Konstel completed the acquisition of Teca Group.

Klar Partners and Nimlas Group-backed Konstel, a Norwegian electrical and technical installation group, completed the acquisition of Teca Group, a provider of multi-technical installation and service solutions in Western Norway. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Teca Group represents exactly what we look for when entering a new region: solid size, strong profitability, high technical competence and a leading market position.
