SeSa to acquire a 80% stake in Visicon.

SeSa, an Italian company providing IT solutions, and Var Group, a specialized company that integrates technologies, agreed to acquire an 80% stake in Visicon, a German SAP and EDI consulting firm serving mid-market enterprises. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The integration of Visicon in the Sesa Group represents a strategic step in our international growth in the DACH market and an additional opportunity to offer innovative consulting solutions to enterprise customers, supporting their digital transformation journey,” said Alessandro Fabbroni, Sesa CEO.
