CIVC Partners, a Chicago-based private equity firm investing in high growth business services companies, completed an investment in Elite Interactive Solutions, a Los Angeles-based provider of remote guarding and crime prevention services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This is a defining moment not just for Elite, but for the entire category of proactive security.
