FCC Aqualia completed the acquisition of the remaining 20% stake in Georgia Global Utilities from Georgia Capital for $70.4m.

FCC Aqualia, a company provider of water management services, completed the acquisition of the remaining 20% stake in Georgia Global Utilities, an operator of a water utility and renewable energy, from Georgia Capital, a private equity and venture capital firm, for $70.4m.
