GDM completed the acquisition of Agreliant Genetics from Vilmorin & Cie, Limagrain, and KWS.

GDM, an independent soybean genetics company, completed the acquisition of Agreliant Genetics, an agricultural genetics company, from Vilmorin & Cie, a seed producer, Limagrain, an agricultural cooperative group, and KWS, a seed producer and plant breeding company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Today marks a transformative moment in the history of our company and journey in the North American market.
