Ambienta to acquire a majority stake in No Dig Alliance from Equip Capital.

Ambienta, a European private equity manager, agreed to acquire a majority stake in No Dig Alliance, a Nordic provider of trenchless water infrastructure services, offering non-invasive pipeline inspection, cleaning, rehabilitation, and maintenance across Sweden, Norway, and Finland using resource-efficient technologies, from Equip Capital, a Nordic private equity firm.
