Visma completed the acquisition of Talana.

Visma, a collective of 180+ SaaS companies focused on transforming business processes through software solutions, completed the acquisition of Talana, a Chilean HR tech platform specializing in human resources management and digital management. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Adding Talana strengthens and complements our HR Tech portfolio. We can now support even more small and medium sized businesses with their HR needs in Latin America,” Alvaro Capobianco, Visma Business Area Director of Latin America.
