Synopsis
A group of investors, including TCV, a growth equity and venture capital firm, Goldman Sachs Asset Management, a provider of investment management solutions, Sixth Street Growth, a global investment firm, JMI Equity, a growth equity firm, and NEA, an American venture capital firm, agreed to lead a $375m funding round in Themis Solutions, a company which develops cloud-based legal practice management software that helps law firms manage cases, clients, billing and workflow. “Clio continues to demonstrate the clarity, execution, and ambition that define enduring market leaders. The company has built one of the most trusted platforms in legal technology, and its integration of AI is reshaping how work is done across the profession.
