A group of investors to lead a $375m funding round in Themis Solutions.

A group of investors, including JMI, a growth equity firm, NEA, a venture capital firm, TCV, a growth equity and venture capital firm, Goldman Sachs Asset Management, a provider of investment management solutions, and Sixth Street Partners, a global investment firm, agreed to lead a $375m funding round in Themis Solutions, a company which develops cloud-based legal practice management software that helps law firms manage cases, clients, billing and workflow.
