Blue Wolf Capital-backed Colson Group completed the acquisition of ESCO Products.

Blue Wolf Capital-backed Colson Group, a manufacturer and distributor of caster and wheel products, completed the acquisition of ESCO Products, a manufacturer in mission-critical, custom-molded polyurethane parts. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Bringing ESCO Plastics into our organization directly supports our strategy to strengthen US-based manufacturing, streamline logistics, and expand service coverage," Rich Kobor, Colson Group CEO.
