StoneRidge Insurance Brokers completed the acquisition of four insurance brokerages from Marathon Insurance Group.

StoneRidge Insurance Brokers, a company that offers personal insurance, business insurance, and benefits for life, completed the acquisition of four insurance brokerages from Marathon Insurance Group, a company that offers a wide range of insurance products and services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This acquisition marks a continued strategic expansion for SIB, which is focused on identifying entrepreneurial brokerages that align with its culture and vision. The addition of the Marathon Insurance Group of Companies strengthens SIB’s presence in key Ontario markets and supports its long-term goal of delivering best-in-class service to communities across the country," SIB statement.
