Koinos Capital completed the acquisition of a majority stake in People Design and Manganorobot.

Koinos Capital, an Italian private equity investment firm, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in People Design, a Bologna-based R&D consulting and mechanical design firm, and in Manganorobot, a Turin-based group focused on advanced robotics consulting. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are particularly proud to launch Futur-A Group by bringing together two sector champions such as People Design and ManganoRobot.
