Triton Partners completed the acquisition of Prenax from LBO France.

Triton Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Prenax, a company that provides subscription and information resource management to companies and institutions, from LBO France, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This is a great opportunity for Prenax to accelerate the next stage of our development.
