Wise Equity-backed Special Flanges, a leading Italian manufacturer of high-performance forged components, completed the acquisition of Vilmar, a Romanian industrial company specializing in engineered equipment for nuclear, energy, subsea, and manufacturing applications, from Genoyer. Financial terms were not disclosed.
