Oaktree Capital completed the acquisition of FilmRise.

Oaktree Capital, a global asset management firm, completed the acquisition of FilmRise, an American media company. Financial terms were not disclosed. Two independent content distributors, FilmRise and Shout! Studios, are combining forces to become Radial Entertainment under Oaktree Capital Management.
