PX3 Partners-backed Cofimco completed the acquisition of Ilmed Ventilazione Industriale from Ilmed Group.

PX3 Partners-backed Cofimco, a provider of advanced industrial axial fan systems, completed the acquisition of Ilmed Ventilazione Industriale, a well-established Italian manufacturer of axial fan systems from Ilmed Group. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Integrating IVI into Cofimco enhances our ability to deliver innovative solutions and strengthens our position in key global markets, particularly across Asia-Pacific.
