Marioff completed the acquisition of Instac Hi-Fog from Instac.

Marioff, a global pioneer in high-pressure water mist fire suppression technology, completed the acquisition of Instac Hi-Fog, a trusted provider of Hi-Fog services and solutions in Poland, from Instac, a modern company specializing in fixed fire protection systems as well as the prefabrication of pipes for sprinkler systems. Financial terms were not disclosed. “By acquiring INSTAC’s HI-FOG operations directly into our group, we’re strengthening our long-term commitment to customers in Poland,” Juha Ilvonen, Marioff CEO.
