Pritzker Private Capital-backed Valicor Environmental Services completed the acquisition of NewGen Resources.

Pritzker Private Capital-backed Valicor Environmental Services, a company specializing in centralized wastewater treatment and non-hazardous waste recycling, completed the acquisition of NewGen Resources, a provider of wastewater disposal and industrial oil services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are pleased to welcome NewGen to Valicor as we continue to expand our platform of wastewater treatment facilities. This partnership will strengthen Valicor’s geographic reach in the Southwest and ability to serve our customers and communities with environmentally responsible waste treatment practices," Steve Hopper, Valicor CEO.
