Kronospan completed the acquisition of a 50% stake in Nordalim from Dynea.

Kronospan, an international manufacturer of wood-based panels, completed the acquisition of a 50% stake in Nordalim, a Danish chemical company specializing in resin production, from Dynea, a Norwegian-based specialty chemical manufacturer. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are excited to take full ownership of Nordalim. This acquisition enhances our ability to innovate our chemical production technologies while improving the supply chain efficiency and service to our customers," Vivita Vavere-Ozola, Kronospan’s Baltic Holdings CEO.
