Shell completed the acquisition of Raj Petro Specialities from Brenntag.

Shell, a global energy and petrochemicals company, completed the acquisition of Raj Petro Specialities, an India-based petrochemical manufacturing and marketing company, from Brenntag, a global leader in chemicals and ingredients distribution, providing solutions to customers across industries through its global network. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The addition of Raj Petro Specialities will help maximise value for Shell through a complementary product portfolio and increased scale of business, positioning Shell Lubricants for further growth in line with our unwavering focus on performance, discipline, and simplification,” Jason Wong, Shell Executive Vice President.
