Rasmix completed the acquisition of the used cooking oil business of VG-Port.

Rasmix, a Finnish circular economy company specializing in the recycling and refining of biodegradable, oil-based by-products, completed the acquisition of the used cooking oil business of VG-Port, a specialized port and logistics entity. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition allows Rasmix to expand beyond oils into other organic waste streams that can be repurposed into nutrients and growing media (in partnership with companies like Berner Oy), aligning with the broader "Zero Waste" mission of its parent company, MBP Solutions.
