Norwest Venture Partners, an American venture and growth equity investment firm, led a $15m Series A-II funding round in Wisq, an AI-powered platform focused on employee development and coaching, with participation from Shasta Ventures and True Ventures. "The future of AI in HR isn't a chatbot. It's a colleague, we built HRLM because HR requires better than general-purpose AI — and because the work HR does is too important to be handled generically," Jim Barnett, Wisq CEO and Co-Founder.
