Triple Private Equity completed the acquisition of Complycloud, Risma Systems and Wired Relations from Dotlaw Holding and Seed Capital.

Triple Private Equity, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Complycloud, a cloud-based data privacy management software provider, Risma Systems, a Denmark-based SaaS company, and Wired Relations, an automated privacy management software, from Dotlaw Holding, a holding company of Dotlaw, and Seed Capital, a company specializing in identifying, financing and developing competent innovative technology companies. Financial terms were not disclosed. “These three highly complementary businesses, with strong products and high customer satisfaction, will now come together to form a scaled leader with a compelling product offering. By combining the three businesses and their respective strengths into a single platform, the group is positioned to deliver greater value to customers and scale effectively, with strong potential to expand beyond the Nordics,” Mads Hansen, Triple Private Equity Managing Partner and Co-Founder.
