Eliance completed the acquisition of Elifriulia from FVS SGR, Friulia and Coloatto Family.

Eliance, an operator in helicopter and aviation services, completed the acquisition of Elifriulia, a leading Italian helicopter operator, from FVS SGR, a private equity firm, Friulia, a regional investment company, and Coloatto Family, the Founders and historical owners of Elifriulia. Financial terms were not disclosed.
