Global Excel, a full-service cost containment, claims management, and medical assistance company, completed the acquisition of First Assistance, a provider of travel and medical assistance services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "First Assistance's highly skilled team will play a vital role in supporting our growth strategy on the international field.
