SE Makinen Logistics, an automotive logistics company, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Carsport Design, a family business specializing in the interior design and equipment of vehicles. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The participation of SE Mäkinen strengthens us in managing the entire automotive value chain and its logistics. The new structure increases our capacity and improves the offering of customer-oriented tailored solutions.
