Galenica to acquire Labor Team Group from GENUI.

Galenica, a healthcare services and products provider, agreed to acquire Labor Team Group, a medical laboratory, from GENUI, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Labor Team is an excellent fit with our strategic direction and our goal of connecting healthcare even more closely. The business activities of Labor Team and Galenica complement each other perfectly, and the two companies' corporate cultures are also a great fit.
