Axcel backed-Acurum, a Denmark-based property services company backed by private equity firm Axcel Management, completed the acquisition of PRO Industri & Skadeservice A/S, a Herning-based provider of restoration, cleaning, and environmental remediation services. Financial terms were not disclosed.
