Groupe Sylvatek completed the acquisition of Scieries de Corgnac and ETS Compagnaud.

Groupe Sylvatek, a provider of wooden packaging solutions, completed the acquisition of Scieries de Corgnac, a sawmill and wood products manufacturer, and ETS Compagnaud, a manufacturer of pallets and box crates. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are very pleased to welcome Scieries de Corgnac and Établissements Compagnaud into the Sylvatek Group.
