EQT to acquire Europa Biosite from Adelis Equity.

EQT, a healthcare-focused investment firm, agreed to acquire Europa Biosite, a distributor of research-use-only life science reagents, chemicals, and biospecimens, from Adelis Equity, a private equity firm.
