Kroll to acquire Madison Pacific Group from The Vista Group.

Kroll, an independent provider of global financial and risk advisory solutions, agreed to acquire Madison Pacific Group, an independent premier provider of corporate trustee and debt services, from The Vista Group, an international incorporations, trust, fiduciary, private office and fund administration services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed.
