Bloxs, a Dutch provider of Real Estate Accounting Software, completed the acquisition of Informant Software, which offers software solutions for real estate management. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The addition of Informant fits seamlessly into our growth strategy. We believe in a phased integration that allows existing customers to fully benefit from our innovations without compromising on the trusted service they are used to,” André Proost, Bloxs CEO.
