Celero Capital-backed Corteco completed the acquisition of Suomen Saneeraustalo.

Celero Capital-backed Corteco, a provider of renovation and maintenance services intended for outer shell of properties, completed the acquisition of Suomen Saneeraustalo, a Finnish company that specializes in building and renovation services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The acquisition of Suomen Saneeraustalo marks an important milestone for Corteco, which is now establishing itself in the Finnish market.
