Köster to acquire Brüggemann from Saint-Gobain.

Köster, a general contractor in building and civil engineering, agreed to acquire Brüggemann, a specialist in the production and installation of prefabricated solutions, from Saint-Gobain, a multinational corporation that provides a wide range of products and services in the construction, industrial, and consumer markets. Financial terms were not disclosed.
