BlackBird Financial completed the investment in Constellation Brands.

BlackBird Financial, an investment firm, completed the investment in Constellation Brands, a beverage company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Constellation Brands is a dominant franchise in the U.S. beer and premium wine markets, with some of the strongest consumer brands in the industry. We believe the company is meaningfully undervalued relative to its intrinsic worth and has the potential to compound shareholder value at attractive rates over the long term," Judah Spinner, BlackBird Financial CIO.
