ADVANS Group, a services engineering group, completed the acquisition of engineering services activities from Ponant Technologies, an engineering firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisition of Ponant Technologies’ engineering services business is fully in line with our development plan, which is in line with the Group’s national and international dynamic.
