Credit Agricole-backed IDIA Capital Investissement, a private equity arm of Crédit Agricole Capital Investissement, and SOFILARO, a French investment firm, and Grand Sud-Ouest Capital, a company specializing in capital investment in the construction and distribution of Crédit Agricole products, and Bpifrance, a French investment bank, completed the acquisition of VITIVIN, a specialized provider of packaging solutions for wine, Thierry Bergeon Embouteillage, a company specializing in the bottling, and BEARNAIS Bottling and Filtration, a company with experience in oenotechnical solutions for filtration. Financial terms were not disclosed. This capital development operation, financed by a capital increase, brings together three regional family companies with complementary know-how in a project to create a multi-service (bottling, wine processing, supply of dry materials, storage).
