Energy Investments, a limited liability company, completed the acquisition of an 18.26% stake in Latvijas Gaze, a provider of wholesale and retail natural gas, from Uniper, a German international energy company focused on power generation, energy trading, and commodity supply. Financial terms were not disclosed.
