Alvotech, a biotech company, completed the acquisition of Ivers-Lee, a family-owned business specializing in providing high-quality assembly and packaging services for the pharmaceutical sector. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Ivers-Lee has been an Alvotech preferred partner in assembly and packaging for several years.
