IFM Global Infrastructure Fund to acquire Green Group from InfraVia.

IFM Global Infrastructure Fund, an infrastructure core fund managed by IFM Investors, agreed to acquire Green Group, a digital infrastructure platform operating hyperscale and enterprise data centres, from InfraVia, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “IFM Investors is excited to work closely with Green’s management to support the next phase of growth.
