IFM Global Infrastructure Fund completed the acquisition of Green Group from InfraVia.

IFM Global Infrastructure Fund, an infrastructure core fund managed by IFM Investors, completed the acquisition of Green Group, a digital infrastructure platform operating hyperscale and enterprise data centres, from InfraVia, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “IFM Investors is pleased to partner with the Green management team to support the company’s next phase of growth.
