Legrand completed the acquisition of Avtron Power Solutions from Hidden Harbor Capital Partners for $1.125bn.

Legrand, a company specializing in electrical and digital building infrastructures, completed the acquisition of Avtron Power Solutions, a provider of load bank and power quality solutions, from Hidden Harbor Capital Partners, a private equity firm, for $1.125bn. “The acquisition of Avtron Power Solutions helps ensure Legrand’s extensive and expanding product portfolio continues to meet the needs of provisioning critical power and electrical infrastructures, like datacenters.
