Sun European Partners completed the acquisition of Alton Cars.

Sun European Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Alton Cars, a provider of vehicle accident repair services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The repair services sector is highly fragmented, the acquisition of Alton creates strong potential to grow the group capability through strategic acquisitions that will increase market share and deliver quality solutions to its customers.
