Sequel Holdings Capital-backed Mrs. Gerry’s Kitchen completed the acquisition of Garden-Fresh.

Sequel Holdings Capital-backed Mrs. Gerry’s Kitchen, a food manufacturer specializing in refrigerated salads, sides, mashed potatoes, pasta salads, coleslaw, dips, and desserts, completed the acquisition of Garden-Fresh, a manufacturer of branded and private label refrigerated foods for retail grocery stores, restaurants and other locations across the nation. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We could not have hoped for a better outcome.
