Scanfil to merge with MB Elettronica.

Scanfil, an international contract manufacturer and system supplier for the electronics industry, agreed to merge with MB Elettronica, an Italian electronics engineering and manufacturing company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "I want to welcome all new employees and customers to the growing Scanfil family.
