Bilfinger completed the acquisition of Nordic Mechanical Solutions from Induroc.

Bilfinger, a European company specializing in civil and industrial construction, engineering, and services, completed the acquisition of Nordic Mechanical Solutions, a specialized Swedish industrial service provider, from Induroc, a specialized holding and management company within the Swedish Granitor Group. Financial terms were not disclosed.
