Bain Capital, Kohlberg and Mubadala completed the investment in PCI Pharma Services.

Bain Capital, a private investment firm, Kohlberg, a private equity firm, and Mubadala, a financial investment firm, completed the investment in PCI Pharma Services, a global contract development and manufacturing organization. Financial terms were not disclosed. “PCI’s world-class management team, combined with the support of experienced industry investors, has proven to be a very successful formula.
