HKW completed the acquisition of Sepratech Liquid Solutions.

HKW, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Sepratech Liquid Solutions, an industrial water and wastewater treatment service provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Sepratech fits right into HKW’s core strategy of helping grow mission critical engineered solution manufactures and distributors. HKW is assembling a team around Patrick Troy, that will give Sepratech the opportunity to grow quickly and also providing operating assistance to help the company maintain high quality and customer satisfaction requirements. We are particularly happy that Zach Nichols, a HKW operating executive, who was formerly with ProAct Services a previous HKW investment will be joining the team at closing,” Laurence Lederer, HKW Partner.
