Activa Capital and Celda Capital Développement completed an investment in Desegur Group.

Activa Capital, an independent private equity company characterized by a proactive strategy of supporting growth, and Celda Capital Développement, a French private equity firm that supports regional companies, completed an investment in Desegur Group, a specialist in testing, inspection, certification and compliance services for the healthcare and nuclear sectors. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are convinced that Activa is the right partner to support the deployment of our growth strategy, both organically and externally.
