La Caisse completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Renewa from QIC for $200m.

La Caisse, a Canadian institutional investor, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Renewa, a renewable energy land financing company, from QIC, a Queensland government-owned investment company, for $200m. “As Renewa continues to grow, we are pleased to welcome La Caisse as a like-minded partner that is equally committed to see value in the growth outlook for the business,” Arash Shojaie, QIC Infrastructure Partner.
