AngloGold Ashanti to acquire Augusta Gold for CAD197m.

AngloGold Ashanti, a global gold mining company, agreed to acquire Augusta Gold, an exploration and development company, for CAD197m. “This acquisition reinforces the value we see in one of North America’s most prolific gold districts.
